Fan filter units(FFU) are stand-alone units with integrated HEPA-filter, fan and control system.
1.The FFU box made of cold-rolled steel plate sprayed plastic or stainless steel has a strong structure.
2. Direct-drive high-efficiency centrifugal fan is adopted,which has long life,low niose,maintenance-free,low vibration and adjstable speed.
3. It's suitable for assembling into an ultra-clean production line,which can be used as a single unit according to the process layout,or multiple units can be connected in series to form a 100-stage assembly line.
4. The fan filter unit is widely used in cleanroom of different cleanliness in many industries such as microelectronics/semiconductor, biopharmaceuticals, food processing, microbiological inspection and hospitals and other places with strict air control requirements.

Q3:Can you do design for my ideas or drawing?
A: Yes, we have experienced designers. Please send the detailed requirements directly.
Q4:How should I supply my own artwork to you?
A: Most preferred format is PDF Illustrator or Coreldraw vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also except.jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files (please enlarge artwork4 times larger than the pin size)
Q5:Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products?
A: NO, Because of the high production cost and special transportation, we will not send samples, please understand!
Q6:How long can you ship the goods? Do you have stock for this item?
A: For products that are in stock, we can deliver to you in 1-3 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 20 days depending on order quantity. We keep some stock for standard item but the stock qty is always floating. Please feel free to contact us to get more update info.
Q7:What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in production?
A:Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. It will be processed as a new order.
Q8:How about the after-sales service?
A:We do 100% inspection during production and before packaging. If there is any problem with quality, we'd like to provide a replacement in the next order. Please contact us directly below without hesitate, your inquiry will be answered promptly.
