Technical characteristics:
Integrated hydrogen peroxide steam sterilization generator, automatic completion will reach about 300Pm hydrogen peroxide gas concentration (dry / wet) sterilization, ventilation, drainage, over discharge,
including: concentration detection, temperature detection and humidity detection, chamber pressure difference detection, phase timing function (which can generate reports, real-time monitoring and recording and printing);

1. The inner chamber of the entire machine is welded and formed with 2.0mm thick 316 stainless steel, and the front and rear panels of the outer box are made of 2.0mm thick 304 brushed stainless steel, with other thicknesses of 1.5mm;
2. The internal design of the work area is vertical unidirectional flow, with double leaf doors, inflatable sealed interlocking, and double-layer 5mm silk screen tempered glass;
3. Use clean compressed air for dehumidification, reduce the humidity to the required level, and perform sterilization. Real time monitoring of temperature, humidity, pressure difference, hydrogen peroxide concentration, and other data inside the chamber;
4. Equipped with sound and light warning functions such as high and low pressure alarms, door opening and locking alarms, and various fault alarms;
5. The transfer window adopts a biosafety airtight door to ensure that the leakage rate within the cavity does not exceed 5% VOL/H within 3 minutes under a positive pressure of 100PA, ensuring the normal sterilization of hydrogen peroxide;
6. Fresh air is taken from indoor clean air (low-level areas);
7. The air after hydrogen peroxide sterilization is discharged into the technical interlayer of the clean room (if it is necessary to exhaust to the outside, the customer will install an exhaust duct), and the exhaust is equipped with a manganese dioxide decomposition filter as standard, with a hydrogen peroxide concentration of about 1ppm in the discharged air;
8. The chamber air supply panel can be disassembled for filter replacement, verification, etc; The interior of the transfer window is rounded for easy cleaning without leaving any clean dead corners;
9. Sterilization process: item entry - dehumidification - sterilization - residue removal - transfer;
10. Adopting Siemens TP900 and S7-200 PLC controllers, and a hydrogen peroxide concentration probe from Vaisala, Finland.

Q5:Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products?
A: Yes, we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce until we get your approval of the artwork
Q6:How long can you ship the goods? Do you have stock for this item?
A: For products that are in stock, we can deliver to you in 1-3 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 20 days depending on order quantity. We keep some stock for standard item but the stock qty is always floating. Please feel free to contact us to get more update info.
Q7:What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in production?
A:Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. It will be processed as a new order.
